Cabin Services Assistant

About the role

The Cabin Services Assistant ensures the A380 Shower Spa and all cabin areas are clean, hygienic, and personalised for First Class passengers. Working on a full‑time basis, you will support the Purser in maintaining a high‑standard cabin environment that reflects Emirates' brand.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, clean and personalise A380 Shower Spas before and after each passenger use.
• Maintain cleanliness of First, Business and Economy Class lavatories, lounges and general cabin areas.
• Perform inventory control to confirm correct product quantities are loaded for in‑flight use.
• Use the CSA Checklist and Shower Spa Reservations System to meet hygiene and personalisation standards.
• Report any defects, safety concerns or irregularities to the Purser promptly.
• Adhere to uniform regulations and report for duty on time.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed cleaning and personalisation procedures.
• Strong attention to hygiene and cabin presentation standards.
• Effective communication with the Purser and cabin crew.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, on‑board environment.
