Call Center Agent – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

As a Call Center Agent you will be the first point of contact for millions of users across the UAE, handling both inbound and outbound communications while supporting the field sales team. The role demands high energy, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from various channels.
• Meet customer SLA targets to ensure satisfaction.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers, achieving conversion quotas and KPIs.
• Schedule calendar appointments for the field sales team.
• Manage customer complaints, escalate to relevant stakeholders, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email and WhatsApp.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• At least 12 months experience in a call centre or telesales role.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment handling calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong closing skills and customer‑service attitude.
• Flexible availability, working six days a week and potentially Fridays.
• Team player with a passion for helping others.
