About the role

Our client, a leading player in the restaurant industry, is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in Dubai. The CEO will set the strategic direction of the organisation, drive commercial performance and oversee all business operations to achieve sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute long‑term business strategies aligned with the company’s vision.
• Lead commercial performance and manage full P&L responsibility.
• Oversee multi‑site operations, ensuring operational excellence across the network.
• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including market expansion and diversification.
• Build and mentor high‑performing leadership teams.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to deliver measurable business results.

Required profile

• 15+ years of leadership experience, including executive or C‑suite roles.
• Extensive background in the restaurant, food service, or hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of scaling large, multi‑site operations and delivering sustainable growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability.
• Experience developing and implementing long‑term strategic plans.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and foster high‑performance cultures.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and decision‑making skills.
