Civil Engineer – Construction Supervision

About the role

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The role involves supporting and supervising civil construction activities, preparing and checking measurements and quantities, interpreting engineering drawings, and coordinating site activities to ensure work meets project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Read, understand and interpret civil, structural and construction drawings.
• Take and verify site measurements, prepare measurement sheets and calculate material quantities.
• Prepare BOQ, quantity take‑offs, material requirements and cost estimates.
• Monitor and supervise daily civil construction and site activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants and clients, and maintain daily progress and measurement reports.
• Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and report them promptly.

Required profile

• Qualified and motivated civil engineering graduate.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to work independently and with the site team.
