Technical Team Leader & Engineer – Façade & Glazing

About the role

Al Remal Aluminium & Glass Industries LLC is expanding its technical department and is looking for two professionals: a Technical Team Leader and a Technical Engineer. Both positions will work on façade, curtain wall and glazing projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Technical Team Leader: distribute tasks, review shop and fabrication drawings, prepare complex façade details, coordinate with factory and site teams, and follow up on consultant comments and approvals.
• Technical Engineer: prepare shop and fabrication drawings, produce material submittals, generate cutting lists, glass schedules and bills of materials, support quantity take‑offs and conduct site measurements.

Required profile

• Technical Team Leader: engineering degree, minimum 6 years façade/aluminium experience in UAE or GCC, and experience supervising a small technical team.
• Technical Engineer: engineering degree or diploma, 3–6 years aluminium/glazing experience, strong AutoCAD skills.
