Civil Foreman

About the role

Al Saqer Property Management is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead and coordinate all civil maintenance, repair, and renovation activities across its portfolio of residential, commercial and retail properties in the UAE. The role ensures that structural, masonry, carpentry, painting and finishing tasks are performed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil maintenance teams for repair, refurbishment and improvement works.
• Oversee masonry, concrete, tiling, carpentry and painting activities.
• Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules for building structures, floors, walls and external areas.
• Inspect facilities, identify defects such as cracks, leaks or structural wear, and ensure prompt corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit periodic maintenance status reports.
• Monitor workmanship to meet company quality and safety standards.
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce proper use of tools and PPE.
• Allocate manpower, tools and materials based on daily requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in civil maintenance or facility operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Maintenance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of building structures, finishing works and civil repair techniques.
• Proven leadership, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
