Classroom Assistant – UAE National

About the role

Bloom World Academy is looking for enthusiastic UAE Nationals to join as Classroom Assistants on an immediate basis. The role supports a diverse group of students, helping to create an inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson preparation.
• Provide support to students of all abilities, fostering positive learning outcomes.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom atmosphere.
• Engage with families and communicate student progress in both English and Arabic.
• Participate in and help lead community events and school initiatives.

Required profile

• UAE National holding a valid family book.
• High School Certificate (or equivalent).
• Proficient or advanced English language skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities in English and Arabic.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment, and integrity.
