Client & Relations Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Client & Relations Manager will drive revenue growth for Ultimate Performance Dubai by leading the full sales cycle, acquiring new clients, and nurturing strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Cluster Manager, the role blends commercial leadership with operational support to ensure an exceptional gym experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end client acquisition funnel, from initial enquiry to onboarding and retention.
• Conduct high‑quality consultations, identify client goals, and recommend appropriate performance solutions.
• Generate leads through referrals, corporate partnerships, outreach, and renewals.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and strategic partners to secure referrals.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast pipelines, and report monthly acquisition metrics.
• Support day‑to‑day gym operations, uphold facility standards, and assist Gym Managers with operational priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in the fitness or service industry.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, gym managers, and regional leadership.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving commercial targets.
