Clinical Psychologist – School Project

About the role

The Clinical Psychologist will join the Abu Dhabi school project at Czech Rehabilitation Hospital, providing on‑site mental health services to students and staff. This full‑time position involves psychological testing, counseling, and clinical supervision within a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and testing for clients.
• Provide individual and group counseling and therapeutic interventions.
• Deliver clinical supervision to junior staff and trainees.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to develop and implement mental health programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to best practice guidelines.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Clinical, Counseling or related Psychology.
• Active UAE Clinical Psychologist License or DOH eligibility.
• Fluency in Arabic (preferred).
• Proven experience in clinical supervision, psychological testing, and therapeutic interventions.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
