Concierge – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Concierge to join the Anantara Downtown Dubai team, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel environment. The role combines information provision, guest relations, and coordination of services to ensure every guest’s stay exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide comprehensive information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments, including ticketing, transportation, and bell services.
• Manage bell desk and transportation operations to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Represent the hotel and brand positively, maintaining high standards of hospitality and public relations.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
• Polished, courteous demeanor and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Knowledge of local area attractions and services is advantageous.
