Construction Supervisor – Civil & Structural

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead civil and structural works on oil and gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing on‑site activities, ensuring compliance with international codes and ADNOC standards, and coordinating with project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil and structural construction activities on EPC sites.
• Ensure adherence to international building codes (BS, ASTM, ACI) and on‑site testing procedures.
• Manage drawing review and execution to meet ADNOC HSE and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor safety practices and enforce compliance with ADNOC HSE standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience.
• At least 5 years in oil and gas EPC projects as a Construction Supervisor.
• Deep familiarity with BS, ASTM, and ACI codes.
• Experience with ADNOC HSE and quality standards; ADNOC approval is a plus.
