Corporate Development & Agility Manager

About the role

The Corporate Development & Agility Manager will lead the design, implementation and governance of frameworks that boost organisational agility and performance across RTA. The role ensures that development initiatives are aligned with strategic goals, drives continuous improvement, and promotes innovative practices that enhance institutional effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and govern the Corporate Development & Agility (CDA) system, including policies, work models and cross‑unit coordination.
• Design and execute change‑management plans, engage stakeholders, communicate benefits and manage resistance.
• Conduct risk assessments for upcoming changes and propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide executive reports on change progress, outcomes and insights.
• Define and steer the RTA‑wide CDA roadmap, coordinate with agencies and sectors, and ensure periodic reporting.
• Lead enterprise‑wide change programmes, develop training, assess initiatives and measure success.
• Establish cross‑sector squads and tribes to enhance resilience and accountability.
• Integrate AI‑enabled decision support systems and govern performance‑indicator analysis.

Required profile

• UAE national.
• Proven experience in corporate development, organisational agility or large‑scale change management.
• Strong stakeholder‑engagement and communication abilities.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and produce executive‑level reports.
