About the role
We are seeking an Emirati candidate to join IKEA – DFC as a Customer Service Assistant, responsible for operating the Exchange & Refund Desk. The role ensures every customer leaves the store fully satisfied by handling returns, exchanges, and related inquiries efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Exchange & Refund Desk.
- Process customer exchanges and refunds, making decisions in line with store policies.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Emirati nationality.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, preferably in multiple languages.
- Comfortable working shifts and performing physical tasks.
- Team player with a passion for the retail industry.
- Reliable, punctual and flexible.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
