Customer Service Associate – Chilled Section

About the role

The Customer Service Associate – Chilled Section will work within the Marks & Spencer Food team in Dubai, delivering an exceptional shopping experience for customers while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, freshness and presentation in the chilled department.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, providing accurate product information, including ingredients, allergens and storage advice.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure chilled products are fully replenished, properly merchandised and displayed according to M&S standards throughout trading hours.
• Maintain optimum stock levels, conduct stock rotation and minimise waste while adhering to food safety regulations.
• Keep the chilled section clean, well‑organized and visually appealing.
• Support day‑to‑day operations by monitoring product availability and reporting any issues to the team leader.
