About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who will own the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to long‑term retention. The role focuses on building trust, solving problems and ensuring customers derive real value from our platform. Bilingual fluency in Chinese and English is essential.

Key responsibilities

Guide new clients through account setup, registration and core platform features.
Serve as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries via live chat, email and other messaging channels.
Monitor client activity, identify at‑risk accounts and proactively re‑engage disengaged users.
Keep clients informed of product updates and continuously monitor account health to prevent issues.

Required profile

1‑3 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship Management or Sales Support.
Excellent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English.
Client‑first mindset with a focus on long‑term relationship building.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Willing to work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, or relocate there.
