Deputy Store Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

Bvlgari is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Boutique Manager in its Abu Dhabi flagship. The role combines sales leadership, team development and operational excellence to enhance the boutique’s performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales targets through proactive selling inside and outside the boutique and monitor market trends.
• Identify stock opportunities, prepare action plans and support reporting and retail data analysis.
• Coach and train the team on customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising and daily KPIs.
• Organise staff rotas, shifts and holidays; lead inventory processes and ensure retail standards are met.
• Supervise after‑sales service performance and coordinate daily customer service operations.
• Maintain liaison with mall management for permits and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, build lasting relationships and resolve client concerns.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the luxury retail sector and a passion for high‑end jewellery.
• Proven selling skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Analytical capability to interpret sales data and market insights.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
