Digital Marketing Manager – UAE

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital strategy for a client of Career Pro Recruitment Agency in the UAE. You will drive growth across paid and organic channels, strengthen brand presence, and support customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimise performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Manage SEO strategy (technical, on‑page, and content) to improve rankings and organic traffic.
• Oversee social media strategy, community growth and content performance.
• Lead email marketing, automation, segmentation and lifecycle campaigns.
• Track and report on KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CPL, conversion rate, retention and traffic growth.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate spend based on performance insights.
• Coordinate with creative/content teams and external agencies for campaign assets.
• Implement CRO initiatives (A/B tests, landing pages, funnels) to improve website performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new channel opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience; UAE/GCC experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO, analytics and conversion optimisation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with a structured approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
