Director of Business Development

About the role

Nabati Foods is a climate‑tech startup that combines ecological science, GIS, AI and robotics to restore natural ecosystems at scale. We are looking for a Director of Business Development to lead our international commercial expansion, build strategic partnerships and drive market growth across key regions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end business development cycle, from market identification to deal closing and post‑sales support.
• Develop and execute comprehensive go‑to‑market strategies for new and existing markets.
• Gather and analyse market intelligence to keep Nabati at the forefront of ecosystem restoration trends.
• Maintain close engagement with end users and stakeholders to capture evolving needs.
• Design and refine pricing models that balance profitability with competitiveness.
• Manage accounts to enable cross‑selling, upselling and long‑term customer loyalty.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record of launching products or services in new international markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior‑level stakeholders.
