Director of Food & Beverage Operations

About the role

Kerzner International is seeking a senior leader to steer its global Food & Beverage operations. Based in Dubai, the Director will ensure operational excellence across the company’s hotel portfolio, driving consistency, quality and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve global Food & Beverage operating standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards across all outlets and support operational audits and quality assurance programmes.
• Provide guidance and day‑to‑day operational support to regional teams and individual hotels, acting as the corporate point of contact for queries and challenges.
• Partner with hotels to identify operational issues, devise practical solutions and monitor performance against brand expectations.
• Create operational toolkits, manuals and best‑practice guides for hotel teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Brand, Culinary, Procurement, Commercial and regional leadership to identify improvement opportunities and enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• Extensive senior‑level experience in Food & Beverage operations within a multi‑property hotel environment.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce global standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience monitoring performance metrics and implementing corrective actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing regional and hotel teams.
