Executive Assistant to the CEO

About the role

H&S Real Estate is looking for a highly professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior management. The role involves managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks, coordinating travel, and ensuring smooth communication across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel itineraries, including hotel bookings, visa applications, and transportation.
• Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documentation with strict discretion.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations.
• Prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and take accurate minutes.
• Assist in planning corporate events, exhibitions, business meetings, and company functions.
• Support directors on special projects and ad‑hoc administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
