Facilities Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operation of our three‑floor office in Dubai. The role ensures a safe, efficient and cost‑effective workplace, supporting both employees and visitors while maintaining compliance with UAE health, safety and building regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a 3‑floor office (≈5,000 sqm), ensuring cleanliness, safety and functionality.
• Lead a team of 9 facilities staff and coordinate external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.), negotiating contracts and monitoring service level agreements.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and security systems, conducting regular inspections.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE health, safety, fire and building codes; lead emergency preparedness, drills and risk assessments.
• Plan and execute office layout changes, seating plans, fit‑outs and relocations.
• Control the facilities budget, approve invoices and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Manage security systems, access control and business continuity planning, responding to incidents as needed.
• Promote sustainability initiatives, energy efficiency and waste reduction across the site.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of facilities or workplace management experience, preferably in a fast‑paced consumer, luxury or beauty brand.
• Proven experience managing multi‑floor office environments of 5,000 sqm or more.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop operational teams.
• Degree in Facilities Management or related field (preferred).
