Facilities Supervisor – Reliable Maintenance Engineering

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Facilities Supervisor for its Reliable Maintenance Engineering team. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, ensuring that all equipment operates safely and efficiently while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety, complying with all regulations and standards.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance on a wide range of site equipment.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, communicate status, and restore operation.
• Provide high equipment availability for internal customers.
• Support and learn from senior reliability technicians.
• Manage contractors and ensure their work meets Amazon standards.
• Identify improvement opportunities from breakdown analysis and share feedback.

Required profile

• Motivated, customer‑focused individual.
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, electronics, or instrumentation and controls.
• At least 1 year of experience maintaining conveyors, automation, or control systems.
