F&B Service Expert – Spanish Speaker Preferred

About the role

The Westin Dubai Marina is looking for a friendly and proactive Food & Beverage Service Expert to join the El Sur restaurant team. The role focuses on delivering memorable dining experiences for guests, with an emphasis on attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere. Spanish language skills are preferred to serve our diverse clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
• Take guest orders, communicate accurately with the kitchen, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues to enhance satisfaction.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, and organizing service areas.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish speaking ability is a plus.
