About the role
The Breakfast Restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor. You will lead a shift team, ensure smooth service, and guarantee every guest enjoys a memorable breakfast experience.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the breakfast outlet, monitoring service flow and food quality.
- Maintain guest satisfaction by adhering to service standards and promptly addressing issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to keep the environment clean, safe, and organized.
- Develop and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and respectful workplace.
- Report shift performance and any operational concerns to the Assistant Manager.
Required profile
- Minimum 24 months of experience in a food‑and‑beverage supervisory role.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work responsibly within a team.
- Demonstrated integrity, respect, and a growth‑mindset.

- POS accuracy
