Finance Manager (Full Time)

About the role

Blue Ray Printing is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its financial operations in Dubai. The role will partner with senior management to shape financial strategy, oversee day‑to‑day finance activities and deliver insightful reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor day‑to‑day financial operations including payroll, invoicing and other transactions.
• Provide financial reports, interpret data for managers and recommend actions.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and compare performance against business plans.
• Develop financial trends and projections.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Participate in strategic data analysis, research and modeling for senior leadership.
• Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, CFA or ACCA qualification is a plus.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of complex data into actionable information.
• Strong communication skills with senior‑level business partners.
• Excellent business judgment, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
