Food & Hospitality Manager

About the role

The Food & Hospitality Manager will lead the food and hospitality team at Al‑Futtaim’s Dubai outlet, ensuring a seamless, high‑quality experience for customers across café, restaurant and takeaway operations. You will drive sales, maintain standards, and foster an engaged, high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multichannel sales plan to maximise revenue across all food and hospitality outlets.
• Oversee daily operations, guaranteeing clean, safe environments and adherence to food‑hygiene standards.
• Control staff costs, minimise losses and contribute to overall store profitability.
• Lead, coach and recognise team members to maintain high engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with senior division leaders and other stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of retail or F&B sales experience.
• Relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene.
• Strong multitasking, planning and controlling abilities.
• Confident, helpful and polite with excellent stakeholder management skills.
