About the role

GEMS Founders School – Al Mizhar is seeking a dedicated French Teacher to join its faculty in August 2026. This role offers early‑career educators and experienced teachers the chance to work in a dynamic, British‑accredited international school environment in the heart of Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Teach French to GCSE and A‑Level students, delivering the curriculum in line with British School Overseas standards.
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons, providing constructive feedback to support student progress.
• Contribute to the wider school community by participating in extracurricular activities and promoting the values of Grow, Flourish and Mindfulness.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor of Education or a bachelor’s degree with a PGCE/PGDE (or equivalent French qualification).
• Proven experience teaching French to GCSE/A‑Level classes.
• Commitment to embody and model the school’s core values.
