About the role

Join Hyde Hotels in Dubai as a Front Desk Agent, the welcoming face of our property. You will be responsible for delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience, balancing professionalism with genuine hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage efficient check‑in and check‑out processes while adhering to service standards.
• Handle guest accounts, process payments, and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Listen to guest requests, concerns, and complaints, document them promptly, and coordinate with relevant departments for swift resolution.
• Follow up with guests to confirm issue resolution and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support smooth operations.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Calm, professional demeanor under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliability, responsibility, and commitment to high performance standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, early mornings, and overnight hours.
• Previous experience in front‑desk, guest services, or a customer‑facing role.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Property Management System (PMS) software.
