About the role
The Front Office Agent (Russian Speaker) delivers a memorable guest experience by handling check‑in and check‑out, responding to guest requests, and sharing local highlights. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will operate across the front desk, ensuring smooth interactions and maintaining high service standards throughout each stay.
Key responsibilities
- Provide smooth check‑in and check‑out for all guests.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and local area information.
- Process operational needs, complete reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Uphold safety, confidentiality, company policies, and quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and placing objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Fluency in Russian and English.
- No prior related work experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
