FX Sales Retention Agent – Thai Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a Thai‑speaking FX Sales Retention Agent to join a fast‑growing forex brokerage in Dubai. You will be the primary point of contact for existing clients, helping them stay engaged, expand their trading activity, and achieve their financial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s FX and CFD products to prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships to drive client retention and account growth.
• Convert high‑quality leads into active, loyal trading clients.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across client portfolios.
• Deliver consistent, high‑level customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market conditions, product updates, and trading platforms.
• Achieve defined sales and retention targets on a regular basis.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Thai (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in the FX & CFD industry, preferably in a retention or sales role.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent numerical and analytical thinking.
• Experience working with international brokerage teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets.
• Computer literacy with standard office tools.
