Graduate Operations Analyst – Dubai

About the role

This graduate position offers a bright, analytical individual the chance to start a career in financial services, focusing on digital assets, transaction processing and financial markets. You will join the Operations team in Dubai, gaining hands‑on experience with transaction monitoring, exception handling and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor transactions, client requests and exceptions, ensuring timely resolution.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, coordinating with Compliance, Technology and other internal teams.
• Investigate transaction exceptions and escalate potential control breakdowns.
• Develop understanding of transaction processing across asset classes, including digital assets.
• Support maintenance of operational policies, procedures and documentation.
• Assist with training and development of transaction‑processing systems and processes.
• Collaborate with various business teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or another STEM discipline.
• Highly analytical with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with data and technology in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong communicator who enjoys collaborative work.
• Interest in fintech, financial markets and digital assets.
• Keen to build a long‑term career in Operations.
