About the role

Burson is seeking enthusiastic graduate trainees to join its Dubai team. This entry‑level programme offers hands‑on experience across the full spectrum of integrated communications, allowing you to work on real client projects and strategic campaigns in a supportive, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior team members with daily account management tasks and client support.
• Conduct research on industry trends, media landscapes, and client competitors.
• Draft initial versions of press releases, social media content, and internal communications.
• Monitor media coverage and social conversations, compiling reports for client updates.
• Support the building and maintenance of media lists, journalist contacts, and influencer databases.
• Help coordinate project logistics, including scheduling meetings and managing administrative tasks.
• Participate in team meetings and creative brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas.
• Learn to use Burson’s data and intelligence tools, assisting with basic data collection and analysis.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in communications.
• Enthusiastic, driven and eager to learn.
• Open to all nationalities and able to work onsite in Dubai.
