About the role

The Guest Arrival Expert creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests in Dubai. You will guide visitors through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience that reflects Sheraton’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures, providing personalized service.
• Process operational tasks, address guest requests, and complete daily reports.
• Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain safety standards, follow company policies, and protect confidential information.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle moderate physical tasks.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.
