About the role
As a Guest Experience Expert at W Hotels, you will create memorable moments for guests throughout their stay. You will act as a trusted point of contact, delivering personalized service and ensuring every interaction feels seamless and unique.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and any on‑site requests.
- Process operational needs, complete reports and share local area highlights.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and uphold company policies.
- Move, lift, carry or place objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
- Stand, walk or sit for extended periods while delivering service.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- Ability to work on feet for long periods and handle light physical tasks.
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and quality standards.
