Guest Relations Executive – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive to join the newly opened Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai. In this front‑of‑house position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival, manage check‑in, provide orientation and answer general enquiries.
• Handle guest requests promptly, coordinate with relevant departments and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities, services and local attractions to give accurate recommendations.
• Create and update guest profiles, recording preferences and special requirements for personalized service.
• Assist senior team members in arranging VIP amenities and special requests.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures, grooming standards and health‑and‑safety protocols.

Required profile

• High school diploma or secondary education; hospitality diploma or degree is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in guest‑facing roles within luxury hospitality or high‑end customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
