Head of Business Development – MEA

About the role

Confirmo, a leading stablecoin payment infrastructure, is launching its new Middle East & Africa entity from Dubai. The company seeks its first Head of Business Development for the MEA region to own and drive revenue growth across a rapidly expanding crypto‑fintech market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the revenue strategy for MEA, from market entry to closing strategic deals.
• Partner directly with the CEO (MEA & APAC) to shape go‑to‑market (GTM) plans and identify high‑impact partnerships.
• Lead end‑to‑end pipeline generation across key verticals such as crypto, fintech and payments.
• Own the full business development engine, including market research, outreach, discovery, negotiation and deal closure.
• Ensure the GTM approach aligns with regional regulatory realities and commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in business development, preferably within crypto, fintech or payments.
• Proven track record of building pipelines and closing strategic deals in the MEA region.
• Ability to work closely with C‑level leadership on GTM strategy and partnership structuring.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments affecting crypto‑asset services.
