Head of Sales (Automotive Aftermarket)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our automotive spare‑parts aftermarket business across the United Arab Emirates. The role is fully accountable for revenue growth, market share and the digital transformation of our e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute sales strategy, set monthly, quarterly and annual targets, and monitor performance against revenue, gross margin and market share goals.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary ambassador to service garages, independent retailers and spare‑parts traders, delivering executive presentations and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee product portfolio performance, pricing, stock allocation and day‑to‑day sales operations.
• Drive the digital and e‑commerce expansion, scaling B2B/B2C platforms and integrating online‑to‑offline funnels.
• Utilise advanced CRMs, ERP forecasting and sales‑analytics dashboards to optimise inventory velocity and sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and communication skills with a track record of inspiring teams and managing change.
• 12‑15 years of sales experience in the UAE automotive aftermarket, with an established network of garages, retailers and traders.
• Demonstrated success in scaling digital sales channels and e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong financial acumen, target‑driven mindset and excellent negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English; Malayalam is a plus.
