Hostess – Brick (Full‑Time)

About the role

Join Aloft Abu Dhabi as a Hostess in the Brick venue, delivering memorable food‑and‑beverage experiences to guests. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth service from seating to bill.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, maintain a clean dining area.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Serve food and beverages, attend to guest requests promptly.
• Handle payments and close out tabs accurately.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and 50 lb with assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than one year of related hospitality experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Basic numeracy for handling payments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read menus and verify orders visually.
