Hostess – Mina Brasserie

About the role

The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests at Mina Brasserie, Four Seasons Dubai, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth dining experience. Working closely with the service team, you will manage the host stand, coordinate reservations and maintain the dining area standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience in collaboration with the serving team.
• Manage the host stand, review reservations and recommend optimal table setups for each section.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the dining rooms, performing pre‑opening checks and making necessary adjustments.
• Develop thorough knowledge of the menus, ingredients and restaurant information to assist guests effectively.

Required profile

• One to two years of experience in a Food & Beverage outlet, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and food‑and‑beverage point‑of‑sale systems.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, guest‑focused attitude.
