About the role
The Housekeeping Ambassador II ensures an exceptional guest experience by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and order across rooms and public areas in a 5‑star hotel environment. You will represent the brand throughout the guest journey, delivering a flawless hospitality experience from welcome to farewell.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain established cleanliness standards in guest rooms, corridors, lift landings, floors and pantries.
- Perform all operational housekeeping tasks while adhering to service standards and procedures.
- Ensure timely order taking and delivery of guest requests.
- Prevent complaints and execute effective service recovery when needed.
- Proactively communicate with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising the guest’s interests.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hotel.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient command of the English language.
- Strong customer‑focused attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
