HR Generalist – MEA (Dubai)

About the role

The HR Generalist – MEA will be based in Dubai and support a global consumer‑electronics group. The role focuses on talent acquisition, onboarding and employee engagement across the Middle East and Africa region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the MEA region, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
• Design and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new hires.
• Provide HR operational support and guidance to line managers on employee relations and engagement initiatives.
• Analyse HR metrics and produce reports to drive data‑based decisions.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of HR experience with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• Professional fluency in English and Korean.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, evolving environments.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for reporting and analytics.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for presentations.
• Talent acquisition and HR operations expertise.
