HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of human resources operations for our organization in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be a hands‑on professional with a strong background in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations and oversee the employee lifecycle.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and staff.
• Support performance management and talent development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and generate reports.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and manage HR administration tasks.
• Drive organisational development and employee engagement activities.
• Partner with business leaders to address people‑related matters.
• Update HR policies and procedures as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
• Arabic speaking proficiency is mandatory.
