Human Resources Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our Dubai office. You will lead recruitment, performance management and employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace for our multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Manage training, development programs and performance appraisal systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal standards.
• Drive initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution and team management.
• Experience designing HR policies and performance management frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of labour law compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; certifications such as SHRM‑CP or CHRP are a plus.
• Previous experience in a multicultural, diverse environment.
• Familiarity with HR software and data‑driven decision making is advantageous.
