Human Resources Manager

About the role

GFS Developments is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the people function as the company expands its real‑estate portfolio across the UAE. The role covers the full HR cycle, from attracting top talent to maintaining a compliant and engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding for sales, marketing, construction and operations teams.
• Develop, implement and enforce HR policies in line with UAE Labour Law and real‑estate industry standards.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
• Oversee attendance, leave and performance management across all departments.
• Coordinate payroll and employee benefits together with the Finance team.
• Manage visa processing, employment contracts and renewals for UAE‑based and overseas hires.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Plan and deliver training programmes to upskill staff.
• Support senior leadership with workforce planning for new projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience within a UAE real‑estate developer or property company.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations and visa processing.
• Proven experience hiring across diverse functions such as sales, technical and administrative roles.
• Excellent communication, discretion and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HRMS platforms.
