Inside Sales Engineer – Foam Products (Dubai)

About the role

The Inside Sales Engineer will be based in Dubai, reporting to the Sales and Customer Service Manager – ME. You will support customers by identifying needs, offering standard and custom foam suppression solutions, and driving successful sales outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for client queries, providing technical advice and product information.
• Handle Special Hazards product inquiries, follow‑up with customers, and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate new and repeat sales, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and account retention.
• Collaborate with outside sales, product management, and technical services to develop proposals that meet Johnson Controls standards.
• Support demand planning, forecasting, and create special pricing requests in partnership with the sales team.
• Prepare regular reports analysing quotation success ratios and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com CRM for all customer interactions and contracts.
