Institutional FX Sales Executive – MEX Exchange

About the role

MultiBank Group is looking for an Institutional FX Sales Executive to join its MEX Exchange team in Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring and onboarding institutional clients to the MEX Exchange ECN, leveraging deep FX liquidity and advanced execution technology.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and acquire new institutional clients such as FX/CFD brokers, hedge funds, asset managers, proprietary trading firms, banks and introducing brokers.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and client‑acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, industry events and direct outreach.
• Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing relationship management.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to ensure client requirements are met and to provide feedback on platform enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling FX or liquidity solutions to institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of FX markets, electronic trading environments and institutional liquidity structures.
• Proven ability to develop long‑term partnerships and achieve revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client‑focused mindset.
