Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, results‑driven Key Account Manager to expand our liability portfolio across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on acquiring new‑to‑bank clients, building sustainable relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key corporate accounts and high‑value retail clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Drive acquisition of salary accounts, deposits and other retail banking products through corporate tie‑ups and identify cross‑sell opportunities such as loans, credit cards, insurance and wealth solutions.
• Onboard new corporate relationships, conduct regular client reviews and ensure retention through proactive engagement.
• Deliver a seamless customer journey from onboarding to servicing, handling escalations promptly.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and KYC/AML guidelines, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Liaise with internal product, operations, credit and marketing teams to provide integrated solutions and support campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field and proven experience in banking or high‑net‑worth client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of UAE banking regulations, AML guidelines and Central Bank compliance standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and banking platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities to generate, interpret and act on MIS reports.
