Key Account Manager – Pharmacy Automation

About the role

BD, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth for its Pharmacy Automation portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. You will manage the Dubai region, building strong relationships with key customers and delivering tailored automation solutions that improve patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities for Pharmacy Automation products within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solution‑design teams to create compelling customer proposals.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional sales strategies.
• Achieve annual sales, revenue, and growth targets while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Negotiate and manage complex multi‑account agreements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting.
• Work cross‑functionally to deliver integrated customer solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven record of progression.
• Experience in key account management and solution selling.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel 50‑70% of the time.
