Key Account Manager – Restaurants

About the role

Deliveroo is expanding its restaurant partnership business across the UAE. As a Key Account Manager you will own a portfolio of high‑impact restaurant partners, using data‑driven insights to grow their sales and profitability while strengthening Deliveroo’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo’s most important restaurants, including high‑sales volume drivers and global brands.
• Own relationships with key restaurant industry stakeholders and act as their primary point of contact.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability for both partners and Deliveroo.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations and other teams to launch new initiatives and drive results.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a relevant commercial or restaurant‑focused role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
