Lead Agentic AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Agentic AI Engineer to drive the design, development and production rollout of agentic AI solutions for a global manufacturing operation within a leading healthcare and pharmaceutical organization. The role is fully remote and part of a multi‑year transformation programme, offering the chance to shape AI adoption at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑agent architectures using Python, LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build end‑to‑end agent workflows that include planning, state management, memory, tool calling, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and human‑in‑the‑loop capabilities.
• Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, databases, document stores, knowledge bases and other business systems.
• Own the full product lifecycle from architecture and development through testing, evaluation, deployment and production monitoring.
• Collaborate with a distributed team of AI researchers, engineers and domain experts to ensure solutions meet global manufacturing requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience, primarily in Python.
• Proven track record delivering production‑grade AI or autonomous AI solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LangGraph or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to ship AI products end‑to‑end, not just prototypes.
